Terms of Service

Survey Sphere and Survey Cash Club are connected but separate products, both operated by Survey Cash Club, LLC. These Terms govern Survey Sphere only -- the research organization side. A Survey Cash Club membership never grants access to Survey Sphere, and a Survey Sphere account never grants access to Survey Cash Club. Each product keeps its own account system and its own terms.

Survey Sphere is a business tool for research organizations, research agencies, and research teams. By creating an organization account, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that organization and that the information you provide is accurate.

• The person who creates an organization becomes its Organization Admin and is responsible for managing team access.
• Organization Admins are responsible for the accounts they create for team members and for removing access when it’s no longer needed.
• You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Each organization’s studies, team, and data are isolated from every other organization on Survey Sphere.

You agree not to use Survey Sphere to:

• Run research that violates applicable law, including laws governing research ethics, data protection, or participant consent.
• Attempt to identify, contact, or re-identify participants outside of what Survey Cash Club’s recruitment flow discloses to you.
• Attempt to access another organization’s studies, team, or data, or circumvent Sphere’s access controls.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the platform, including its rate limits, webhooks, or authentication systems.

Your organization owns the study content it creates on Survey Sphere -- titles, research objectives, methodology, and related materials. We host and process it on your behalf to operate the platform; we don’t claim ownership of it and don’t use it for purposes beyond providing the service, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Self Service is free to start. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the terms shown at checkout. Downgrading or canceling takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. See Pricing for current plan details.

An Organization Admin can deactivate team members or close the organization’s account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or pose a security risk to Survey Sphere or its users.

Survey Sphere is provided “as is.” We work to keep the platform reliable and secure, described honestly on our Security page, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or that recruitment results will meet any particular target. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the accuracy of study content your organization creates.

To the extent permitted by law, Survey Cash Club, LLC’s liability arising from your use of Survey Sphere is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

If we make material changes to these Terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Survey Sphere after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
