Privacy Policy

Survey Sphere is operated by Survey Cash Club, LLC, the same company that operates Survey Cash Club. This policy covers Survey Sphere specifically -- the research organization side of the ecosystem. Survey Cash Club has its own privacy policy covering participant accounts, since the two products keep separate account systems and separate data. • Account information: email address, name, and a hashed password for each person your organization adds as a team member. We never store passwords in plain text.
• Organization information: your organization’s name and the roles assigned to each team member.
• Study content: the studies your organization creates -- title, research objective, methodology, and incentive amount.
• Billing information: processed and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. Survey Sphere never sees or stores your card number -- we retain only a Stripe customer/subscription reference and your plan status.
• Contact form submissions: if you use Talk to Sphere, we retain what you submit to respond to your inquiry.

Survey Sphere does not collect participant identity, contact information, demographics, or consent records directly. Real participant accounts, profiles, and consent live in Survey Cash Club, under its own privacy policy. When your organization recruits through Sphere, we hold only an opaque reference ID for each participant and their eligibility or recruitment status for your study -- synced from Survey Cash Club through a server-to-server integration we call Trust Bridge. Sphere never queries Survey Cash Club’s participant records directly, and never mints its own participant identities.

• To authenticate your team and enforce your organization’s access boundaries.
• To operate the studies, recruitment, and eligibility features you use.
• To process billing through Stripe and manage your subscription plan.
• To send account-related email -- verification, password reset, and responses to inquiries -- through our email provider, Resend.
• To maintain security logs of sensitive account and organization actions.

We do not sell organization or team-member data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Survey Sphere sets a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It carries a signed token, not directly readable account data, and is checked against your account’s live status on every request -- so deactivating a team member or resetting a password invalidates their existing sessions immediately. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Removing a team member deactivates their account rather than deleting it -- their record is kept because studies they created reference them, but a deactivated account can never sign in again and any existing session for it dies immediately. Study and recruitment records are retained for as long as your organization’s account remains active, so your team keeps access to its own research history.

We describe the real security controls behind Survey Sphere -- authentication, organization isolation, webhook verification, and more -- on our Security page. We have not pursued or obtained SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO, or GDPR certification, and we don’t claim to.

Survey Sphere is a business tool for research organizations and is not directed at or intended for use by children. Survey Cash Club operates a separate, consent-gated product for younger participants under its own policies -- that product and its protections are entirely separate from Survey Sphere.

If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Survey Sphere after a change means you accept the updated policy.
